Adding 'Refers to' to image

I'm trying to add (or change) the 'Refers to' attribute for an image. I
select the image and then open the dialog box via 'Insert -> Name'. The
'Refers to' attribute has the value '="Picture 1" placed inside. I want
to change this but whenever I type something new inside and select
'OK'. When I re-open the name value has returned to being "Picture 1".

Can anyone help?

Select the picture
Click in the Name box, to the left of the Formula Bar
(where you see "Picture 1").
Type a new name for the picture
Press the Enter key
