The above problem is part of an assessment for college, i dont have much
knowledge of this as of yet. So any help would be appreciated. How would you
go about fixing this problem ??
thanks John

Assessing the computer for college use, OR you have a homework
assignment to list the steps you would go through to determine the
issue? If the second, please review the reading assignment.

Start by using a proper newsreader, one is installed with win by default,
and then fully explain your problem
Or google for the answer

That's what happens when you buy high-density modules that your
motherboard cannot handle. They are cheaper because few users can use
those high-density modules, plus they are slower.
