Hi,

I want to add a Public Folder to the Global Address List (not Personal
Address List).

With a Contact I know I can go Permissions, Outlook Address Book tab, and
tick the "Show this folder as an email Address Book", but I cant find a
similar option for the Public Folder.

Could it be the folder has been created in Outlook rather than AD or similar?
Neil

Thanks for any suggestions

Hint: You do this via Exchange System Manager (2000/2003) or Exchange
Administrator (5.5). (e.g. Go to the public folder in question. Right
click on and select properties. For ESM, it will be on the Exchange
Advanced tab.)

You need the public folder to be mail-enabled on the Exchange server - then
it will show up in the address list. Ask your Exchange admin.
