I have noticed in MS Outlook 2000 that I can not add newsgroups as in
Outlook Express. Can newsgroups be added to Outlook 2000? Where and how?

I'd appreciate some guidance if anyone knows the solution.

Thanks.

John

I may have figured out the solution to my situation, at least a partial. I
am able to go to the VIEW tab and click GOTO : NEWS...

When I do OUTLOOK kicks me into OUTLOOK EXPRESS, where I find the news
groups I am subscribed to when using OUTLOOK EXPRESS. Which is satisfactory
for getting to what I need, but is this the most efficient way to accomplish
this?

So my revised question is: Do I need OUTLOOK EXPRESS or can OUTLOOK
itself be configured to handle the newgroups on it's own?

Thanks again.

Outlook, all versions, use Outlook Express to handle news.
