Adding new templates

I would like to know how to add a new templte to
Frontpage 2002, if its possible. I would greatly
appreciate the help, im tryin to redesign my site with a
template i found online. Thank You.
 
Does the template not come with installation instructions?

Import the template page into the web then open it. File | Save as | set as
FrontPage Template and save.
