Adding new inbox to Outlook Express

How do you add more than one inbox to Outlook Express for
other users in the house???

file | identities | manage identities will allow you to keep the mail
separate. (when working with 1 identity, only imap accounts get separate
sets of folders. pop users have to use rules to move the messages.)
