Adding new form in print server

I am trying to create a new form (for printing on
continuous-feed labels). I've followed instructions in
knowledge base article 157172, which say to choose an
existing form in the Server Properties section of the
Printers window, modify and save it, but the new form will
not show up as a choice in the properties window of the
printer I'm using. Does anybody know what to do to make
this work?
 
Sounds like the driver does not support the size you are trying to define.
