Adding New Contact when no "New Contact" option on tool bar?

I started a contact list in Windows Vista because Vista won't work with my
Palm Pilot, and now I want to add to the list, but the only options I have on
my toolbar are Organize, View, and Burn. The online help suggests a NEW icon,
but there is not one on my toolbar.

Can anyone help?
