Adding existing user as additional user?

Our secretary sends out most of the emails for her two
execs. The two bosses have email set up allready. She
wants to know if she can somehow switch users (between her
email and the two other bosses) on the fly so that when
she sends an email out to someone it has one of thier
headings instead of hers. Is this possible? Any info is
greatly appreciated.

if you give her send as permission to the other user accounts (on the
server), she can put their name in the From field and send as them.
