i notice you can download new icons for msn messenger for free, but i can't find any downloads for windows messenger....are there any for windows xp windows messenger?
Unfortunately you can't as Windows Messenger does not currently support custom emoticons;
this is an exclusive MSN Messenger feature.
Remember that assuming you're just using the public .NET Messenger network, you can simply
use MSN Messenger on Windows XP, which you can find here: http://messenger.msn.com/Download
