Adding/Deleting command bar controls using VBA

I would like to add command bar controls using records in a table. For
example: If the recordset returns Kitchen and Bedroom, I would like to add
each of those values to a menubar at run-time under the "File", "Open" menu.
Tried looking all over the place for this.
