Adding Dates

I have a form where an administrator will add a set number of dates to a
desired field. Fron instance, in a field called, DateSuspended I want to add
the value from a field called DaysSuspended.
How would I be able to do this?
Would I also be able to not include Sat. and Sun as dates available to be
added?
