Adding contacts to Outlook 2007

When I open a new contact and type in the first and last name of my new
contact, Outlook automatically switches the name fields. In other words, the
first name ends up in the last name field and the last name ends up in the
first name field. Is there a fix for this?
 
tools, options, contact options?
