Adding Audio and what not...

Yeah, I know this is probably a stupid question, but oh well!

I have absolutely no idea how to add audio. I tried "import audio" and I go
and try to and this thing pops up that says something like, "this file is
protected under blah blah blah..." So basically, what do I have to do?
