adding an option when i right click on my computer on my desktop

is there a way to add an option to "My Computer" on my desktop when I right
click on the icon?

There are two verbs there by default so you should be able to work out what to do.

Is there anyway to do the same with Internet Explorer rather than Open
Homepage? Say, add the LINKS folder or FAVORITES or custom URLs ?

Cool, thanks! I think I figured out how to add more webpages to IE on
the desktop but is there any way that I can add an expandable folder
(such as the links folder in favorites) ? my question also would
apply to "My Computer" on the desktop as well.
