Water Cooler v2

The 'Add' button in:

Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Task List

appears disabled. How can I add a new 'task' type?

Select the priority in the combo, type the name in the texbox, the Add
button will be enabled. Notice that the caption of the button is "Add" and
not "Add...", so no dialog is expected to be shown. This time MS labelled
the caption correctly (I have seen some "Add" buttons that show a dialog)
