Adding a standard invitee to all meetings, OL 2k + 2k3

Hi,

I want to keep two different exchange calenders in sync by telling both
Outlook (2000 and 2003) and preferably also OWA (also both 2000 and 2003) to
add 'the other account' as a standard invitee to all meetings I make in
either calender.

Can I do that, and if so, how?

You can create a custom form that has the other mailbox saved on it for
outlook. Not sure for owa, you'll need to check with the exchange newsgroups
on this server.

Thanks for the answer. I have indeed been able to create a custom form and
save it. however, it's more cumbersome to open the new form than to type in
the extra address. is there a way to either
1. make the new form the default or
2. make a menubutton for the new form so i can click on it?

Try setting the form as default - right click on the calendar, choose
properties and set it as default. I'm not sure if it will work as I never
tried it.

If its published, look on the actions tab while in the calendar folder or if
saved as a template, create a hyperlinked button.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't work. there's no button in ol2k to
do so. I can see that the form is connected to the calender (tab forms) but
i can't make it default apparently.

any suggestions?

btw, i still have to look at the ol2k3 on the other computer...

What button is missing from 2000? It supports hyperlinked buttons.

The published form I tested it with (only added the required attendee and
published it) can be set as default (when posting to this folder use... on
the General tab in 2000) and in a quickie test on 2000, it works correctly.

I was looking at the wrong place... Solved now
