Meeting requests: replying to all invitees

Currently, replying to a meeting request only sends the response to the
person who created the meeting. Is there a way to have the
accept/decline sent to all invitees?

Outlook 2003, using Intermedia hosted Exchange.

Thanks,

If you elect to edit the response before sending it, you can manually Cc it
to whomever.

Right, thanks, I figured that, but is there any way to get it to
default to sending the response to all invitees?

I'm not aware of a technical solution, but here's a practical
workaround I use quite frequently:

First:
Actions -> Reply to all with message (Ctl-Shift-R)
(E.g. giving your reasons why you accept/decline).

After that, accept/decline separately (to the organizer only)
