Adding a sound file to a picture

I would like to add a sound file to a picture in FrontPage
2002. When the cursor is placed on the picture the sound
file would play. Can this be done, if so how?

Use a onmouseover javascript to load the sound file. However, you should
be aware that in most cases the pointer wont be over the image long
enough for the sound to download and play.
