Adding a section to a table

I have a section in a table, but I have more data then will fit in the
section. How do I add a new section to the table so I can continue the data
for the section?

I think from your previous post you mean you need to add a "row".

Table > Insert Rows , or put your cursor at the end of the row (outside the
cell) and press return.
 
Unless it's the last row, in which case Tab will add a new one. The row
should expand to fit the contents, though, unless it is set to an Exact
height (again Table Properties, Row tab).
