Adding a scanned doc

Ok, So I want to make a report from a scanned document. When I insert the picture (an 8 1/2 x 11 document) it does not show up as that size. I can not figure out how to resize the pict to print as a whole sheet. When I try to stratch the corners it will not stretch the pict. I need the docment to pint as a whole sheet on centered on the sheet, yet smaller.

If you are inserting the picture as a background, then look at the size mode
property and set it to stretch rather than clip. Same thing if you are
putting into an Image control
