adding a row in table

I using the table format in microsoft word. When I try to add a row at the
end, it will add the row but when I type in the text it comes out halved.

Click Table on the menu. Select Table. Click on Table
Properties. Click on Row. Uncheck the box Allow row to
break across pages.
