Hello All,
Hoping to run BOINC on my daughter's laptop at night (Toshiba Satellte A4, P4, 2.8GHz, 1GB RAM, 30GB HDD running XPSP2). Have my PC crunching - how can I add the second machine?
Have Googled this and tried WCG and BOINC searches but still not sure. Can anyone please help?
Thanks in advance,

If you install the latest version of BOINC (5.4.9) (Get it from here) then just install as usual and enter your user name and password when prompted and it will just add that pc to you account. :thumb:

Just here This is for the Athlon 64 right?

Download and extract the contents straight into your BOINC folder, (Default being C:\Program file\BOINC\)

Say yes to any overwriting of files, and you should be done.:thumb:

Download from here. post #61.

Ah, yep Libcurl.dll is dead important, you will see it mentioned in the 'messages' tab in BOINC manager when BOINC first starts. ;)
