adding a new user to email

okay so i have tried so many time to add my husband onto
outlook email but for some reason it will not allow me to
do so and it really is driving me mad! this is the steps
i am taking...

Does he have a separate account? Have you added this account from Control
Panel->Mail Icon? What version of Outlook are you using?

BTW - the steps you listed are going to elicit the same problem every time.

no we have not set up a separate acct on windows xp for
him but i have also tried that and it still doesnt work.
yes i added the acct through control panel and so on. i
am using outlook 2003.

Okay - let's back up for a minute.

Does your husband have a separate e-mail account provided by your ISP? Do
you use one account for both of you? What is the account name that you are
trying to add?
