Instead of a hardcoded number, use:
ActivePresentation.PageSetup.SlideHeight - TheShape.Height
to get the top coord for TheShape
In other words, put it at the bottom of the slide, however deep the slide might
be, less the height of the shape itself.

Depending on the PPT version, that might need a little Kentucky windage if the
shape has an outline. Some versions draw the outline half in/half outside the
shape, others put it all inside, as I recall.
If no Kentucky windage is available in your area, try Loyola Leverage.
