Adding a group to a group

I want to make a temporary admin group so users can
update a piece of software we use. I'd like to take this
temporary group, and add it to the domain admin group.
Can this be done??
 
Presuming this is on workstations - I'd create a group called Local Admins,
and add it to all the computers' Local Administrators group. You can leave
it there forever, and add individual users or groups to it whenever you need
to....best not to grant domain admin rights to anyone who isn't, er, a
domain admin type. ;-)
