Adding a blog or viewer modifyable page

I am adding an area on a site that I created for a High School reunion. I want an area where users can add their own content (text and photos) to their personal page without help from administrator. I am using FP 03 and the site is on a ASP.Net server. I am thinking a blog web part would work but don't know where to find one. Any ideas or direction?

You can use the the DRW to add text through a form. Here
is an example:
http://www.frontpagewiz.com/FrontPage_2000%

To upload an image you can a add FrontPage's file upload
to the form.

To put these together, I've used a few ways. Here is a one
method:
http://www.frontpagemagic.com/DRW/DisplayRecords/DRWPhotos/

If your looking for something "out of the box" do a search
for asp blog scripts or go to aspin.com or hotscripts.com

there's a nice blog that is easy to work with and bring into your FrontPage
web here:

as long as you can run an .asp page on your server.
