Front Page turns off while trying to add a blog page

My website is www.elcaminoobgyn.com. We have a blog which my daughter
developed for us at www.elcaminoobgyn.com/blog. I am trying to add that page
to the navigation bar, but everytime I try to add it, the program shuts off.

Are you adding the "home" page of that folder (index.htm), not the folder itself to your nav view

Did you convert the folder named "blog" to a FP Subweb
- if not you should
Then add the link to your nav view to the index.htm page in that subweb
- you need to add it as an external link
