Adding A Banner Ad

In FP2003, did they remove the Banner AD.
I'm reading an older book explaining how to add a Banner Ad (not to be
confused with a Page Banner) that is suppose to be at Insert | Dynamic
Effects | Component Type | Banner Ad Manager.

Thanks

Hi JCO,

If I'm reading your post correctly the Banner Ad was depreciated because it
is a Java Applet which may or may not be support on the visitors system. If
you still wish to use it you can right click on any toolbar then customize
and locate and drag it to the menu.

They did, but you can put it back, but you shouldn't.

The Banner AdManager component relied of the presence
or Java on the visitors computer, and most Windows XP
computers lack that. So the banner won't display
correctly.
