adding a 2000 workstation to domain

I am getting an error saying access is denied when i try to add a new pc to the domain. The group is an admin of the box and they have create and delete computer ojects in AD.

What could be the problem.

Was this task delegated to the computer container ? Can you verify trough
Security tab on Computers container, that this is the case ? Also see
