Please fix your time zone. You're set to Pacific Daylight Time (-0700) but
you appear to be posting from the Netherlands, and you have future-posted.

Actually I believe it's a quirk of Outlook Express. You just post a new
message (NOT reply to the existing one) with the exact same subject. Then OE
sorts your earlier- (and correctly-) timed post above the future post.
 
Dutch is not only spoken in the Netherlands
True. I was going off the .nl in the NNTP-Posting-Host header.

I see it now, I was assuming you took the language, so sorry.
