Added two form fields that wont save in access db

We have an ASP page. I added two fields primary and secondary phone number
fields. They sometimes save the first time I run the page...then never
again...

Make sure the field names don't have spaces or punctuation (or used reserved access names)
Use say "SecondaryPhone" not "Secondary Phone"
