Added hard drive to RAID 5 set

I added a hard drive to a RAID 5 set on a Netserver
LC2000. The space shpws up in Disk management as
unallocated space and that there is 101 GB online. I have
a total of 4 36 GB hard drives. I want to know how to
make the space available. Right now in Disk management I
have Disk 0 with 101 GBs online, 68 GBs Healthy and 34 GB
unallocated. The drives are currently setup as Basic
disk. Help please!!!
