ADDED DIGITS WITHOUT TYPING THEM IN

Using Excel yo merge to a Publisher file. One of the
colums is adding extra digits in some of the cells - not
all of them in that particular column - just some of
them. Example: 187.43000000000001 These added digits were
NOT typed in by me. ALso the formating for the cells is
Number with 2 decimal places. All the sells except for
the text cells are formated this way.

HELP!

The data are probably the results of formulas. You need to modify the formula
to =ROUND([your present formula],2)
