add_in outlook 2002

In my outlook I’m getting dialog box “The add-in c:\Program
Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec…..†could not be installed or loaded….
You may be out of memory,…..

How to solve this problem. I’m running windows XP sp2

Is it looking for vpmsece.dll?
If you've recently upgraded it's because the location of certain files have
changed. Just rename extend.dat and reopen Outlook.
