Add user in TD

Can a user be added in TD?
I'd like to add a user with administrative privilages, disable administrator
and do this in TD if possible.
I've been doing that Post FBA now.

Great, now that I searched on "User Account" in google, I see exactly what I

Yes - you can add a "User Account" component. That is one of few components
that can have multiple active copies in your SLX.
