Add to Link Bar

I can no longer clear out Browsed Pages or Recent Files from the Add to Link
Bar Properties Dialog Box since upgrading to 2003. I used to do this in IE
6.0 by going to Tools, Internet Options and then clicking on Delete Files
and Clear History. Now this seems to have no effect. Does someone have a
suggestion or workaround? Thanks a lot.

Explain where/how you are using "add to link bar properties"

FP2003 does not change IE or IE history,
but preview in browser always opens a new browser window
