"Add to Contacts"

When right clicking on an email address in Outlook, the "Add to Contacts"
menu option has disappeared. How do I get it back on the right click menu?
 
It doesn't just disappear on its own. Convince us you are using the correct
view for this context menu to appear. You need to provide at least some
information. If nothing else, at least tell us your version, steps used, and
view.
