ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK

HOW WOULD I ADD A GROUP OF PEOPLE TO THE ADDRESS BOOK FROM A EMAIL RECEIVED?
WITHOUT DOING IT ONE BY ONE.
 
Next time please do not use all capital letters when posting. Part of the
e-mailing etiquette, considered impolite, yelling ....
1.) Configure the setting so that name(s) you reply to will be added to your
mailing list automatically.
Tools > Options > Send. Put a checkmark on " automatically put people I
reply to in my Contact list." > OK
2.) reply to the e-mail.
