Add Service does not list Microsoft Exchange Server...

I am trying to setup MS Outlook 2000 on a Citrix Server
and upon setting up an email account there is no
selection for Microsoft Exchange Server in the Add
Service list. (It currently shows Internet mail, Outlook
Address Book, Personal Folder, Personal Address.)

How do I get it back?

Hi - I believe I answered your question in another group. Please don't
multipost - if you need to post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost
instead, by posting a single message to a handful of relevant groups

That said - you need to change from Internet Mail Only to
Corporate/Workgroup mode in Outlook. Tools, options, find the Reconfigure
Mail Support button - you'll probably need your installation media handy.
