Add Remove Programs

I am running XP Pro, my Add Remove Programs in Control Panel will not open.

Any ideas?

I'm no pro, but are you logged in with full administrator
rights? Sometimes that can prevent you from accessing
things like that (I have my daughter's set up that way).
