ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

My observation/question concerns the date last used and the frequency of use
details shown when I call up the Add/Remove Programs in my XP. It seems to
me that the frequency of use and date of last use is incorrect, and I am
wondering if others have the same finding, and can provide an answer.

An example of what I mean:

MSN Messenger 6.1 is listed and shows that I rarely use it and its last
usage was on Feb 21. In fact I use MSN Messenger every day and it is running
as I write this.

To me, this is incorrect information: can anyone help me understand.

Have the same problem, I just don't worry about it any more. Haven't found an
answer.
