I have windows XP Prof. and I was trying to uninstall a
program and got an error message that said both users
have to log off. I can't seem to do that or don't
understand how to do it. Would you please help me.

Why can't you do that? Is it that you just don't know how, or is there some
other reason?

You need to make sure any non-active logged on user has been logged off.
However, you as the active user can still be logged on, of course.

It tells me that it won't be uninstalled correctly if all
users are logged off. Will it be uninstalled correctly?
