add/remove programs

Hi,
There's a casino pop-up that was loaded onto my
computer. I go to the add/remove program list, click on
the "CasProg" to remove, and nothing happens. Can you
help? Thanks
 
Click start --run---type in regedit--click OK
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACH_Software\microsoft\windows\current
version\uninstall highlite and delete.
