I have lost the ability to add/remove programs in XP Home
SP1a. Clicking on the program in the Control Panel has
no results. This began to happen at the time I received
an error message while trying to start Solitaire.
SYSTEM RESTORE: RSTRUI.EXE bad image
The follow-up message is:
The application or DLL C:\Windows\System32\OLEACC.DLL is
not a valid Windows image. Please check this against
your installation diskette.
I replaced the file OLEACC.DLL but starting get a message
reporting a problem with MSIMG32.DLL. And I still can
add/remove programs. A virus scan found no problems.
Any help?
