Add/remove programs problem

I have a number of listings in my Add/Remove Programs window that aren't
programs; they're hp imaging files. Also, the Change/Remove button doesn't
appear when I select anything - including listings that are actually programs
 
Are you saying that when you click on every entry in Add/Remove Programs
there is no Remove button at least?
