Add/Remove Programs missing button

The add/remove programs app is not showing the button for removing a program.
Also not all of the programs are listed when the list populates. Is there
anyway to correct this issue didn't find it in the group

Reinstalling the app usuallly restores the remove feature. There is a cure
for 'white space' in add/remove on the Kelly's Korner site.
