Add/Remove Programs Missing

The Add/Remove Programs Applet in Control Panel is not
listed. How can I reinsert it?

Try re-registering appwiz.cpl in the registry. Go to Start\Run and enter
C:\WINDOWS\system32\appwiz.cpl /regserver
