"Add/Remove Programs" Error

Greetings all,

I have a problem with the operating system. I click on Add and remove
programs and it starts to come up but then it just blinks away. No error
message. Anyone have an idea of what I can do about this?

Thanks,

I always love it when people give a nod in a direction or a link. Many
times that's all you need. I tried a seach, I really did, but I came up
with nothing.

Does this happen in Safe Mode?
Does this work if your antivirus is disabled?
