Add/Remove programs error

I need to clean up my availbale space and have lots of
programs that I no longer use. When I try to add/remove
programs I get the following message:

Object doesn't support this property or method
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta
line 82

what does this mean, and how do I fix it?

Any help would be appreciated....
